The price of the service doesn't match the quality of the service. I left my car almost clean inside, and they returned it pretty much the same. 3 out of 4 floor mats were washed, the fourth was only brushed..., the dashboard was smeared, the windows - the most important part - the worst "cleaned". Everyone wants to earn money, but in the easiest way - no way. Even that's not the bad thing that impressed me. Two cars enter one after the other, I was in the first. But since I'm not as famous as the gentleman with the more expensive car, I was served after him. That's why your service sucks even more.

During the cleaning, they broke the mirror adjustment lever. I was immediately notified when I picked up the car and was promised compensation if I brought a receipt from the repair. A week later I brought them the receipt and I was paid in full for the damage. The cleaning itself was satisfactory. I don't blame them because such incidents do happen. For me in this case it was the correct attitude and the responsibility taken.

Damage, Not Detailing… Brought a dirty car in for a deep clean. Got it back the same + a soaked interior, a dead stereo, an airbag system fault, and lots of attitude. Since it was -8°C, I asked if they do dry cleaning and how long it would take. “Six, maybe seven hours. Ready after midnight”. When I dropped it off, suddenly that changed—“Our boss doesn’t know what he’s talking about - come back in the morning, it needs more time to dry.” Annoying, but understandable. Came back the next day at lunchtime expecting a spotless car. Instead, 14 hours after I left it I found pretty much an untouched car: ❌ Dirt, stains, and sand still there ❌ Trash left in the seat trays and doors And some bonuses: ❌ Puddles of water under the seats from the “dry detailing” ❌ Airbag warning light on ❌ Stereo dead—amp shorted out When I pointed it out, the staff got defensive, told me to “get the hell out and never come back,” and refused payment—not as an apology, just to shut me up before I started noticing the extra issues. Called the owner. He came and admitted the car shouldn’t still be dirty but shrugged off the electrical damage with, “What do you expect? The car is old.” Yes- Because age, not soaking the interior, is what kills electronics.. They offered to “clean” it again - After the straightforward invitation to never come back + sending the car to a shop for two weeks just to dry it out and fix the damage, how about no. I bet it’s not intentional + It’s hard to find good staff, and detailing isn’t an easy job— that's no excuse for not owning your mistakes and instead laughing it off. Never stepping foot again

Using the car wash regularly and the car has always been sparkling clean!!

Perhaps is good to note that the place IS NOT 24/7. If you come by past 8PM it's very likely that they are not gonna be able to fit you in and they will ask you to visit again tomorrow. So long story short instead of keeping the queue rather short and close in reasonable time they just keep a big queue and refuse to service you past 8PM. Such a shame, as to be honest the quality of the service is rather the same as the other car washing services in the area, but the part that might be appealing doesn't seem to be true.
