Avoid this notary at all costs. I've visited notaries all over the world, and this is, by far, the most amateurish one. There is nothing professional about this office. I made an appointment, which was confirmed, and traveled from abroad specifically to sign important documents. Upon arrival, I called again to re-confirm, only to be met with a dismissive and joking response from a woman who casually informed me that they would be closing at 16:00—exactly the time of my scheduled appointment. Had I not called, I would have wasted money on flights and hotels for absolutely nothing. That was the first red flag. The second red flag? The notary assistant's lack of legal knowledge. She completely misunderstood a key detail, only to later be corrected by the main notary and saying to us she misunderstood. Which is not true as we litterly argued with her, telling her how this detail legally works as we've done such documents multiple times per year. And the third? Despite having an appointment—including a translator—we were placed in an office where another woman was already working. Instead of accommodating us properly, the secretary (or junior notary assistant) demanded that the translator should whisper because she couldn’t concentrate. Not politely ask—demand—in the most snobbish tone, as if she were royalty and we were mere peasants expected to obey. It should not be my problem that they failed to provide a proper space for a scheduled appointment with a translator. And it not my fault that they put us in someone else's office. The main notary is friendly and knowledgeable, but the two other girls are a disgrace
