Update: Upon closer checkup, the fridge & the kitchen cupboards (which we emptied specifically so the team can clean them - we discussed this on the phone as well as on the spot & paid an additional 100 BGN for all wardrobes & cupboards), didn't seem clean. There were stains, some small hairs & and crumbs, which I cleaned myself by wiping with a wet wipe (meaning, it was fast & easy to clean). With that, I don't understand why we paid additionally, considering the team spent less than 6 hours in the apartment. But, to be fair, there are things that were cleaned perfectly (they were included in the Zornitsa package we offered). I'm very happy with the windows, furniture wash (mattress & couch), electronics, bathroom & toilet (which was left very dirty by the previous tenants) & the kitchen absorbator which was super dirty. So, I still recommend their services/packages (but dont recommend paying additionally for cupboard or wardrobe inside clean). 🙂 I found the company on Google Maps & went to their website. It was the ONLY website that had a price indicated based on the square meters of the apartment. This gave me peace of mind because I knew what to expect. Communication was easy. The team arrived on time with all the necessary equipment. Overall, I am very happy with the result & the time they saved me.
