Good choice of products and nice store design, but... Lack of staff, only one person assigned to every department. We couldn't get assistance for our product choice and we had to open boxes on our own to review it. Cashiers were unfriendly and distracted by chit-chatting with eachother, no greeting or goodbye and no bag was handed to us.

A lot of electric appliances can be found here, service, prices and products are average. One thing is unacceptable: you can not return your purchases and in case it breaks although they give warranty they don't give money back. They will turn in your device for repair, that's it. Such a policy in EU is actually impossible.

Good with room to improve I was happy with my visit and even surprised that the prices are sometimes lower than other IT stores. Some products are missing though and some are outdated, so my rating is 4 stars.

We called in the morning for a product later we came from another city, we paid the product and they made us go to their warehouse on another street and then come back and test it. After 20minutes we came back with the product, made the test and they didn't helped us to bring it to the information desk for the warranty. My father of 62 has to bring it by hand...AWEFUL STAFF.Then they lied that the manager is not in the store...just no comment!!!

Not much variety and not very economic.
