Astonishing store! 5 floors of unique furniture, easy to assemble, high quality, very interesting ideas for all kind of home design and super friendly staff. Definitely coming back for more.
Виж в GoogleThe woman who is supposed to consultate costumers at the kitchen's floor is rude and doesnt have attitude towards clients. 1st she tried to excuse herself for ignoring us saying she was too busy today and won't be able to consultate us. Then, why she is at work at all? 2nd, when I asked if she could assistate us through Viber, she told us that we'll have to wait until the next week only to be able to give us a price for kitchen with dimentions which were provided to her. I send her everything over Viber, waited a whole week only to be told, she still cannot give us even approximate price with the dimentions mentioned. Absolutelly incompentent and lazy woman, you are loosing clients, because of her. On top of that, when I told her she lost my time and still didnt do anything for us, she was too arrongant to block me, when she didnt like the truth when I told her, her attitude was unnaceptable! I give 2 stars only, because the woman from the 1st floor on the sofas was very good, polite and answered all of our questions, gave us everything needed and provided us with a lot of information about the sofas we liked.
