We were very happy with the service here, much cheaper than the nearby gas station (coffee and donut for 2.2 bgn). The service was quick and the lady at the counter was very polite.

We had seen several ads for it and came specifically to try it, so we were quite disappointed to find out that the ads were clearly just totally misleading. But ok, we then went ahead and ordered ONE vegetarian cheeseburger menu and ONE vegetarian burger. We paid, and then we checked the receipt only to find out that they had charged us for a non-vegetarian menu. We asked them to change it, and they looked back with a sour face and didn’t respond or apologize, just changed it. Then we asked for a refund, and again, extremely sour face, and no response. At no point did they apologize for the mistake. After all this, the burgers turned out to be extremely disappointing. Slathered in mayonnaise and worse than a McDonalds vegetarian burger.
Виж в GoogleLoved it. OMV services very expensive. In this place I got an Americano coffee for 1.70lv! Used the toilet and filled up my water bottle. Salads are so lovely, especially the vegan dressings; so generous. I ordered 2 mini-salads but had to take one home. Not so "mini".
