Well, this workshop is one of those places where I would not recommend it at all. But it was recommended to me, "It appears that people are satisfied. Apparently they have capable technicians , try it". So I did. I went there and I was observing carefully the "boss-man" while he was pricing the job just like that in his mind. I told him "I'm running on a budget, give me a firm price!". Well, I did not receive the firm price. So the shiny from outside workshop disappointed me deeply. My dear friends, please know that in Bulgaria it is very rarely when the sales people value their word and the interest of their clients. If you are keen to support this business model, this is entirely up to you. However, my recommendation is don't do it. Because business owners must learn the skill to price a job, a project, a task and so on. Bulgaria is not Siberia, Bulgaria is in the EU and its people, and guests deserve a better service. I could also say that the sales people were poorly mannered, subsequently the communication was broken. So questionable reliability. In terms of the technicians, I could only hope that they have done a good job. Currently unable to comment on their skills, but I know that I would not support this business model.
