how about your worker that collects water meter data has some patience? she doesnt even stay after calling the doorbell, which is LITERALLY HER WORK TO WAIT FOR ME TO OPEN THE DOOR AND GIVE HER THE DATA. even when i came out and called her back several times, she just ignored me and went towards the exit. i hope one day your pay will match your service and you’ll get to live accordingly. THE worst country with absolutely zero sense in government institutions

1 star is too much for this service. Water quality is below any imaginable level. Outages almost every week. We are tired of storing 10L water bottles in our apartment. No normal life because of you [censored]

Water shortages every week. For years. Water quality - very poor. Bulgaria has some records in COVID mortality rates. Imagine that You get home and You can't even wash Your hands, until midnight... Sometimes for two days. Or more. They give You no warning whatsoever. Sometimes they announce when water will be back, but it's almost never accurate. No point to wait for it. In most cases they restore water many hours later.

It is 2019, yet they are not able to fix this issue with the water. What is wrong with this company? This is insane, people who work for this company are seriously unprofessional, lazy and not giving a damn. Why should I pay the water bill if they keep having this issue? Where are the money going? Unbelievable but sad. This cannot continue like this, we are in 2019!! 2-0-1-9! This company is already a laughing stock to me and I highly doubt that they would fix this! Cannot wait to see the results in 2020. Also, why is no one protesting about this? What are you bulgarian citizen fearing about? Do something to fix this!
