My time at this so-called "elite" university has been nothing short of a nightmare. The university's attitude towards students is downright horrendous – they act like we should magically know everything and scoff at the mere thought of asking questions. The information center is a black hole of frustration, manned by individuals who seem to despise their jobs and project their misery onto innocent students seeking guidance. The university's website is a disaster, clearly designed by people who have no idea what they're doing, a baffling fact considering the courses they offer in computer science and design. Timetables are a joke, seemingly crafted to induce migraines rather than facilitate organization. Communication is nonexistent; the university only bothers to contact you when it's time to empty your pockets. Everything else, from important updates to basic information, requires navigating a labyrinth of a website that seems intentionally designed to be as user-unfriendly as possible. This so-called "amazing campus" is nothing more than a facade. The only achievement they seem to excel at is draining students' bank accounts. The campus might be unreachable due to ongoing road construction – a fitting metaphor for the journey students must endure to get any semblance of education from this place. I struggle to find a single redeeming quality in this institution. It's expensive, communication is a foreign concept, the staff are unfriendly, and the supposed road to knowledge is more like a pothole-ridden highway to despair.

A scam . I wanted to apply to this university , they said i must pay around 1500 euros only for submitting the documents since i live abroad. Apparently they don’t accept email/online applications in 2024, they ignored all my emails where i asked how i can send the documents myself without paying . At least try to be good at scamming . Avoid this place if you don’t live in bulgaria

Great distance learning experience - dedicated tutors and up-to-date materials (it's all there if you want to study!!!). Not suitable for "students" that are not used to self-discipline and deadlines! Can't speak of the other departments though, only the distant learning center (Business administration & Management).

I graduated law in 2020….now it’s 2023 and I still don’t have my diploma….the worst place to study law. There are more than 100 students in my situation. Strongly DON’T RECOMMEND!!!

Worst road in Varna, awful people and teacher, would not go near it.
