Living here has good things and bad things, I would like to explain it well because I would have liked to read it before moving here. What I like: it is a very quiet place, the apartments are soundproofed, the bills are very low, there is a nice garden with gazebos and swimming pool, the complex is well kept and maintained. What I dislike: The pool is a tremendous disappointment, they pretty much keep it average cold all year round. it is thermal water, full of chlorine, in winter it is really bad to go there, it is cold and the water keeps it cold. The gazebos are only 4, for all the people who live there, they are very few, in fact they are always busy. Every now and then they turn off the power for 3-4 hours. It is a problem to climb many stairs, not being able to cook, etc. The complex is practically located on a busy road, this is heard when you leave. the location is not central, so to go to the center you have to charge taxis and buses for the whole year. in the end, I am still happy to live here, but for my needs, it is not a place to stay for more than 2 years, especially for the uncomfortable position. What could make me change my mind is if the pool was well organized, it would be wonderful if it had really hot water especially in winter, actually I just don't understand why they cool and manipulate it in this way, thermal water is a wonderful thing, leave it natural .
