Went on Friday as I had a headache due to my sinuses. The doctor told me to come on Monday as I need to do tests, he gave me a paper to hospitalisation but he didn’t make it clear that I would have to be admitted for 3 days, which I found out today. Why would I need to be hospitalised to do a blood test and a face scan of my sinuses, and for three days at that, is beyond me. It was my assumption I had to go on Monday early so I can do the tests, not that I’d have to come for a 3-day hospitalisation. And if hospitalisation is that needed, then admit me on the actual day of the problem. Meanwhile I took an allergy medicine I have at home on Saturday and my symptoms were gone. Disorganised scammers.

The emergency doctor didn’t even examine me. He just gave me a pill and said I can’t do anything else.

The most shady medical facility I have ever seen in my life. I know two people, which happened to be my relatives, who died there by negligence from the doctors and the rest of the medical staff. ICU/ emergency care - DO NOT COUNT ON IT! Especially if you are over certain age, they already “ signed them off” so bad, that they would forward patients to Tokuda hospital, because they simply can't take care of the mess they have already caused. Sad situation. Use this facility “hospital” on your own risk. You have been warned!

My entire existence with this hospital was horrible. I had to come one day before my routine surgery to check in and waited for 4 hours as they are terribly organised. Then the next day they told me to come at 7:30 in the morning without consuming any food or water for the previous evening. My surgery started at 14, and during this time I was not allowed to eat or drink. After the surgery no body came to check on me for 2 hours and as they told me that I can leave after, I went to ask the nurses. It turned out not only that I have to wait for the doctor a few hours more, but they have admitted me on this day, not on the previous, as agreed, and I had to take a sick leave which I specifically had told the doctor is a problem for me. So not only they are extremely slow, but also incompetent.
