Great service, I was there to check the tires on a big cargo vehicle.. One of the workers explained to me, very politely, what needs to be done, where to go, pay, and changed 2 tires in no time.. There is usually a queue, though.. you can wait for hours - many cars go there.. Prices are lower than normal small shops

A very nice and convenient tire center, with a wide variety of tire options both in stock as well as order delivery. The place is well kept, both sales team as well as the technical are very well prepared, they work fast and to the point. I’ve purchased and changed tires there approximately 6-8 times and have never had any issues. Will definitely continue with using them.

Place for tires! But in the end of the summer they can offer a quality brand of summer tires!

I would not recommend this tire dealership to anyone due to my recent bad experience. I visited the store and had a consultation about tires I wanted to buy and have installed for my SUV. I was assisted by the consultant and provided an offer. I understood in the offer that the tires were on discount and may be older, but he mentioned to me that they would be in good status. I scheduled a service appointment for next week and had the tires installed. I was shocked when I found out they installed tires that had a DOT date of 6 years! I questioned the dealership and they told me this was normal process and I had paid for "discounted tires which would be old". This was not explained to me by the consultant and even though I agreed that tires can be a couple years old it is completely inexcusable to offer such old tires which already showed the rubber cracking. The dealership did not apologize and did not offer to install newer tires, they only told me if I am not happy with service they can install my old tires back and return my money. Their service and dishonest trade practices are completely unacceptable. In addition to that this dealership has no parking spots available during busy hours and you get yelled at if you park in one of the "installation spots" in front of their business. Absolutely horrible experience and I will be sure to share my experience with all my colleagues and friends in Sofia going forward.
