I regret going to the hair salon. My hair stylist wasn’t focused at all as she cut my hair, she was really rough. She didn’t use any heat protection even though she had the hair dryer on very hot. I could see as she blowed dry my hair that I got more split. And they really take too much money for such a bad service.

Very disappointing experience. I booked expecting a professional haircut, but the service was rushed and careless. The barber didn’t listen to what I asked for and the final result was nothing like requested. Attention to detail was poor. Customer service was also lacking — no apology or attempt to fix the mistake. For the price charged, 70Lv. For hair cut and beard Not recommended!!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Has nothing to do with barbershop absolutely fake barber.

Hello! I was really disappointed by the last nail appointment. I went there to take off my old gel nail polish, but as you can see on the first picture the lady ( the new one) did not shape, shorten or properly remove the gel nail polish. On the second video, you can clearly see that my nails are really damaged and the nail polish is there after 1 week. Now my nails are very fragile and damaged. I was charged for this experience 20 levs. However, the previous times when I went for my pedicure, the other lady who is doing pedicures is really,really good!

I really don’t understand why this place doesn’t have 5 stars rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tino is a professional wise hairstylist, choosing the right haircut to each face, just show him appreciation & give him space to work. Hats off, applause 👏

Been a loyal customer for years, best experience and service in Sofia in my opinion.
