I ordered an item and went to the store yesterday to pick it up my purchase. I went to the Information counter and asked the lady please give me my purchase and I showed the email what I got when I bought the item. The one thing is that the product arrived at the counter very slowly, but when I asked the lady at the counter to give me my order, she simply refused! This behavior is unacceptable! Finally came to the counter her boss and she asked for it again the lady and she still resisted the request, which is actually her job! What does she think??? This is her job and I am the customer! Very bad attitude and her job is super easy!

No qualified sales associates. This place is understaffed all the time. Customers must wait to be helped. Young kids walk around asking you all the time if you want to buy on credit, which is super annoying. This place needs a better management IMO

Technopolis have good prices, but it's the range of products available to view that is the most impressive thing. The staff are very knowledgeable and considerate when helping you choose an item too. Edit: since writing this I've been back numerous times and bought all of my electronics & Kitchen appliances from here. Their delivery service is efficient, and reasonably priced too.

...you will most likely not be approved for complaints about purchased a month ago on appliances that are obviously leaking water , be warned company policy is the lie dont buy expensive stuff there no real warranty only on the paper...

Just left from this place and was very happy with the service. Emil helped us make the best choice for our needs - we were looking for a e-reader. Thanks a lot!
