Very disappointing experience. I bought headphones from this store and when I wanted to return them, they refused to accept them back, even though I had the bill and came back very soon after purchase. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and they did not explain my consumer rights properly. I would not recommend this store because of their poor customer service and lack of respect for customers.

We had bad experience with the stuff- we had problem with a product we bought from the store two days before - we wanted to make return and wanted to talk to the manager - he refused to consider us as customers.

Staff is friendly. Loads of options from every brand.

Bought broken AirPod Pro 2 and they refused to replace them and to give me a new ones. I literally haven’t used them, and now will have to wait for 30 days until my “brand new AirPods” get repaired. Their return policy sucks. P.S: have been purchasing stocks from here so many times and always left happy but this one seems like enough to question me the next I am going to buy something pricy :)

A clean and roomy place with an easy way to navigate and find what you need. Got a router and a pair of headphones with the help of the staff there. Smile on the shelves, smile at the till. Delightful.
