Rude staff, not interested in supporting the clients. When I wanted to make a warranty claim I was redirected towards their repair center for a product that was purchased the previous day. The prices might be good on paper but I would advise you to stay away unless you're willing to buy brand new products with no warranty.

Bought a few kitchen appliances from Tehnomix over the few years and always happy with their service, prices and warehouse pick up facilities for big white goods. Highly recommended.

The prices are good but the staff are totally not interested in being polite nor selling you something. They ware 10 people in the store and only one of them was talking with clients so we had to wait 30+ minutes to at least talk to someone.

I had a Jura coffee machine that needed repair. I contacted Technomix, who were very helpful. I sent the machine via Speedy courier service and it was repaired and returned within two days. They explained which parts had been replaced and it was serviced and cleaned. Absolutely fantastic service! Thank you, so much :0)

Today I bought a washing machine here. It was not a great experience, it was far from great. Firstly - the staff has no uniforms or any adequate manner to be recognized, in the span of a 90 second conversation with a staff member I was approached two times by a customer for assistance. That was 25% of the 90s. Even though I called in advance to check on availability and pricing, price was 100lv. higher in store compared to the online offer. After correcting this and actually paying for it we had to wait in front of a truck loading dock for 15min for two men to search for one of three they supposedly had in stock we got one, loaded it in the car assured by staff this is the right one. We checked the model number on the actual unit and sure it was one digit off. Short conversation followed in which the guy tried to convinced us that this is a better model?!? He consided based of the max rpms of the spin?!? We unloaded and had to wait another 15m or more. Than were offered an solution and had to drive after one of their company vehicles, an FJ Cruiser with one of the guys who lost a ton of everyone's time "looking", to another "unmarked" location couple of km out of the city, which was OK solution for us with the exception that we had to follow him and most of the way he sped 170km/h in a 50, 70 and 90km/h zone??? We were obviously happy to finish this ordeal. Well no, we were warned by a staff member that we can transport it in any position and the washing machine may leak water in transit, but the phrasing was just as above and should of been more specific as most pretested with water washing machines will leak in only two of the six possible orientations one is upside-down, which very few people will choose, which leaves only one in five on it's back. The warning should of been better. If you are so far in this review you surely convinced one star is much more than Technomix deserve. Yet there is more :) we needed separate invoice and cashier's reciept which they promised but got one of supposedly legit "new type all in one" - hopefully Bulgarian revenue agency agrees with them. And definitely did not get the advertised three free boxes of washing powder, but honestly by that time we did not ask or care, we just headed straight home. At very reasonable speed way under speed limits.
