Very disappointed from this store. During Black Friday, as everyone, they had good offers, i found a stovetop that i liked and ordered it. Three days later I got a phone call that i wont be receiving the appliance because someone else has bought it. Black friday prices are gone and because i chose to buy from this shop, that now i know is untrustworthy, i have to pay a full price for the same appliance. Their customer service is non existent and no one cares. I wouldn’t buy or recommend them.

They have some interesting offers of home electric appliances imported from Germany (used, transport defects and used ones). In some cases prices seemed to match prices of new products in big local electronic chains. The shop representative was very helpful.

Very good place for household machines

It is supposed to be a store for electric appliances with transport defects meant for the German market. They look well and they are probably of very good quality, but the prices are too high for the regular buyer. They are more expensive then most products on the regular market.

We bought Bosch dishwasher, it worked twice and needed repair. Their guarantee requires to bring the machine to their place which is absurd. We will never buy there again.
