Excellent return for faulty item. Very helpful staff. Good English spoken, good advice on choosing replacement item.

This is the second time I'm in this store and the second time people that work there are acting dump, they laugh when you talk, they can't explain themselves in English at all. I understand bulgarian a little, but they make you feel like an idiot! And me and my husband bought all electronics for our house there, so we spent quite some !! I'm not recommending this particular store at all!

As a cyber security engineer I love being questioned 4 times in a row by the staff in my competency of something as simple as the functionality of a wan port on a router. Unfriendly staff, condescending, not a good variety of goods and overpriced. I'd rather shop online from other vendors for cheaper and wait 2 days for delivery.

Bit disappointed as on web site item was in stock, after 45klm drive to the shop found out it was not in stock .not happy as the nearest one was a further 200klm away.

My elderly relative took delivery Of a washing machine and had to try and move it to the front door some fifty metres away as the technopolis driver and his helper were apparently too lazy to help. They just dumped it at the gate. My conclusion is get prices from technopolis and order elseware.
