Very good location, lots of interesting products. Staff is friendly there are wheelchair parking lots. Unfortunately we didn't found what we need. Overall good place.

Costumer service are well qualified and informative, making it possible to buy the thing that suits your needs. Definitely recommend over the other technology markets in town. Prices are regulated and are quite the same at every store though.

I have mixed feelings about this place, they are neither negative nor positive. I bought a coffee -automat, for ca. 500 euro, that is a lot for the average Bulgarian family budget. I expected to receive a manual of exploitation in Bulgarian, since my mom does know other languages, I did not receive such, instead I got a xerox of a manual, that the store had. IT WAS VERY BADLY XEROX, and my mother needed it, I later returned and asked to receive a print of the manual from the official page of the distributor for the country, they printed it. So indeed they solved my problem, but it was a problem they created. So yeah I am neutral towards them.

The hoard of Credit Agent girls ( at least ten of them hang around) coming at me every time I enter the store is rather frustrating. There should be a well displayed Credit help Desk where credits could be obtained using much less staff and leaving the customers in piece.
