1 star for quality of products, 0 stars for customer support. Bought a Whirlpool washing machine, which broke 2 years and then 5 years later. At least the warranty covered it, so it was just an inconvenience and disappointment. Bought a Telefunken refrigerator, which broke 18 months later. I lost the warranty, tried to contact the store, zero help. Only way to call them is to call their 0700 number which costs money for every minute. But they don't even answer, so you're just paying to listen to annoying music for 20 minutes, or until you give up. They don't answer their email either, if you need post purchase help. They very quickly answer emails about upcoming purchases... Good selection, but terrible customer service (no customer service at all!) and all of the expensive high end brand products I've bought ended up breaking. This is about their online store. I assume all of their stores are ran the same way.

It's a large store where you can see many of the models offered, and the staff in the different sections were friendly and helpful. This is the good part. After that, in the section on information about the treatment you receive, it reminds you of the ladies at the government offices 20 years ago. Absolutely not interested in listening, help, or support; they know how to answer only with NO and are absolutely careless about any honest customer service. With so many other places to go, I'm not sure I will be back to experience this again.

Bad customer service. I bought a TV from them today from the Mladost store for around 900 EUR. Since its a 75 inch tv, I asked to pay even double the normal rate for transportation, since I live quite far away, other side of the city. They had the TV right there in stock and said I need to wait until Thursday for delivery.. lazy. Anyway, I understood and decided to handle it myself, arranging transportation which cost me 50 EUR.. I was disappointed, but fine with it. The taxi service I used for this has 1000 times better customer service, the person even helped me get it upstairs. After I turned it on, it worked for a couple of hours, after which half of the picture just dissapeared.. I wrote to the manufacturer directly, because I am not going to pay all costs again for transporting this thing to Technopolis. The staff is nice, but it seems like the management and CS is horrendous… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I will voice my opinion everywhere on different channels every single day, because of this total lack of client care… !!!
