Extremely disappointed with Technopolis Lyulin. I went there ready to buy a laptop for a gift, only to find out that the product on display-complete with a price tag and specs-is "just a mockup."They haven't had it in stock for months, it cannot be ordered, and the manager just shrugged his shoulders without offering any solution. What is the point of displaying items that are not for sale? This is misleading advertising and a complete waste of customers' time. I do not recommend this place if you expect professional service and honesty

The Airfryer I wanted did not have stock below it ... There were a lot of staff ..standing talking with each other...4 male ..2 females . The other staff were busy helping customers.. so I looked at other options . I should have asked ..in case there was one in the store room . I bought another type . I am not sure if you are aware of the amount of non Bulgarians that now live here ... To attract their sales ....it would be good if your product/price labels could have some English on them . Also if staff could include on their name badge .. Something that indicates they speak some English .. English is the Universal language...so the businesses that promote that will get more business.... there is a huge Expat community...when they have had good experiences in a place ...they spread the word ... Also ..online catalogue in English would be great ...

Too cramped for a SUV to park easily and too heavy traffic to get in and out fast.

Dont buy anything there! Or at any other location they have! They told us that we can return the laptop we bought, but didnt mention that they will give us vouchers not cash. So now I have 650 leva in vouchers which I can not use because they dont have the item I want even if its listed on their website. In addition today I tried to call them 4 times to ask if they have this particular item and nobody answered. When I said that to the manager in store he told me thats my problem. I wasted time and money to get to that particular store on the other end of the city . Dont buy anything from them!
