A receipt is a basic right — not something to dig out of the trash! I paid in cash for a product and I was not given a receipt despite making it clear that I want one. When I realised and returned two minutes later to ask for it, the cashier and her colleague became defensive and acted as if it was my fault for not taking the receipt. Instead of resolving what was a really minor issue, I was initially told it was too late and the recept was either binned or perhaps was even given to another customer! Then, I was lliterally handed the bin and told to dig for the receipt myself. To make matters worse, the change I was given was short. It was a negligible difference but since I am taking the time to leave this review, I might as well raise this. A receipt should always be handed over with the change — it is a basic customer right and a legal requirement. However what really prompted me to make this review was the complete lack of professionalism in dealing with a minor customer service issue. I should absolutely not be guilt-tripped for forgetting to take a receipt which it is the store's responsibility to issue and even more so when I wasn't given the receipt together with my change!

Can get almost anything here, regarding consumer electronics and appliances. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff... ♥️😎...

The customer service is really bad. Staff more concerned about watching football on their phone, than helping and were really dismissive when asked questions. Store is well stocked though.

Well equipped and plenty of choice in the shop. Recommend
