Cashier electeonics section upper floor 12h30 chatting with a standing collegue ignoring my presence, throwing one or two words while continuing to talk to her collegue then shouting at me the customer bcz she did not understand if i wanted an invoice or not. I told her if she stopped talking to her collevue constantly without a pause and care for the customwr the 30 seconds interaction you would have understood what i said. Instead of i do nkt speak english. Ruseness is a ln issue in this country These people are on autopilot disaster. Should have better employees.

What a Joke of a Shopping Experience Went in to buy a fan — simple enough. At the register, we were told there’s a promotion for a free ice cream. Great. But of course, when they tried to add it, the system didn’t show anything. What followed was 15 minutes of chaos: phone calls, confused staff running around, no one having a clue what they’re doing. After standing there wasting our time, we said “forget it” — no ice cream needed. And instead of an apology, the cashier slammed the register shut like a child throwing a tantrum and gave us a dirty look. Seriously? That’s your customer service? All this over a lousy ice cream. Unprofessional, rude, and a complete waste of time. If this is how they operate, don’t bother expecting anything decent from this place. Absolute clown show. This happened 9th of June around 2PM

What an absolute nightmare. Bought a washing machine and despite confirmed delivery I have been waiting 3 times for 3 hours and without notification I received nothing. Apart from being told that I dialled the wrong number and "to find the right number myself on the website". I was even instucted to call the logistics company myself, how bizar. Most people I spoke to were uninterested and rude. Some saved the day. Now I am curious if the promised delivery of my washing machine tomorrow..... will magically happen. I would be surprised.

I always find everything I need here. Staff super helpful and pro. Maybe half of them speak enough English to ask some info about a product. Return is pretty smooth and warranty serious. I often order online for a same day pickup it's super practical.

Really good electrical, appliance, electronics store. We found the staff very helpful and we bought a few different appliances as we were moving into a new apartment and they were delivered to the door the next day.
