Customer service is abysmal. The store was empty; there were 4 people on the floor doing nothing and no one on the checkout counter. I was in a rush and asked for assistance 3 times. After 10 minutes the clerk came and she was condescending and dismissive. If I wasn’t buying something essential, I would’ve left the store and went to another.

No return, whatsoever. The manager doesn't give a flip and wouldn't even want to change the thing you bought

I bought a monitor here which turned out not to work well with my laptop. I brought it back and they were happy to exchange it for another model. Very good customer service. Would buy here again.

I can't get over this given it's every time I go, with every branch. The staff just can't be found or you have to really try to get them to want to do their job. I'm not trying to play hide and seek here. I am a native English speaker, but I know enough bulgarian now after 5 years for it not to be an issue. I asked the person who was on the gaming section if it's possible to use that remote for PS4, I basically had to drag her to the stand when another person helped her. She was giggling and asking which one, but didn't want to come over. Kept asking me to repeat myself etc, but her colleagues understood my accent well enough, the accent which also translated between the cashier and another customer 3 minutes later. The cashier was lovely, but the staff hanging around (or playing hide and seek) could actually behave as though they're paid to be there. If I can find what I need elsewhere, I definitely try that option first :/ Otherwise, the store is well lit, organised, clean, and has almost everything you'd expect. They could definitely do with more variety but I think that's due to covid and the deliveries. But please, fix up with the staff attitude.

Bought a mouse and 2 mins later I realized that the box is open so as a normal person would do, I went straight back in the store and very politely explained and showed them the condition of the box and the mouse. The inside of the box was full of scratches and dirt, and the cable wasn't folded as it's supposed to be. As I told them, the condition of the box and the mouse was like I got it from a friend after him using it. The answer for the first 5 mins from an employee was "What do you want/expect me to do?" "You bought it now, we can't take it back". So this went on and off for another 5 mins while I was trying to convince her to get me someone that could actually help me. After about 20mins of total waste of time, the manager came and then the employee, struggling to be polite because her manager was there, told me that I can get a refund after 20 working days, because I paid with card, or I can get a voucher and go to another Technomarket store. After all, I paid the normal price for a product but it didn't feel this way at all. People, be polite, but not only because someone is paying you to be. Two stars because I finally got the product, but after of another hour of commuting to get to another Technomarket store. P.S. I regret not taking a picture of the inside of the box.
