Never again! Gave me a broken Myki. Camera not working, battery falling completely out without a reason from almost fully charged, Myki being switched off with no reason... I brought it back, they refused to give me back the money I had paid or give me anything else instead which was not broken. They only had to offer that it would get repaired by a service point if the experts there would write a declaration it was not damaged by myself. I got into an at least one hour long fight with employees and finally got to speak to the manager of the store on the phone. He first tried to push me back the same way but after some discussions and me threatening I would refer to the media he agreed somehow I could write down on the paper to the service point that I had the right to chose to get my money back instead of getting another (broken) Myki. But! I first needed to wait up to... 4 weeks for the statement of the service point. Got called a bit longer than 4 weeks later and got invited to go to the store and... pick up the repaired Myki. I objected and reminded we had another agreement. They didn't dispute this time. I felt relieved and went to the shop. Finally I would get my money back and buy my kiddo a new, not broken Myki. But! No... I received a confirmation I would get paid back by bank within... 14 days! I was speechless... had no choice. Accepted. I asked them to let me see the statement of the serve point about what was wrong with the Myki at the first place. I read: nothing. All perfect! 14 days later I got my money back in my bank account. I promises myself to never ever buy even a battery in that shop. Never. Ever. Until the end of times.

I needed to buy headphones and a charger that I lost during my trip. I came to this store, which had fair prices and even a special offer on Sony earbuds. The staff spoke English and helped me find exactly what I needed. There was a mistake, and I took the wrong cable. Even though I had already opened it, the store manager kindly allowed me to exchange it for the correct one without any extra charge. A convenient store, also suitable for the average tourist who needs service in English.

Very professional and attentive to clients. I bought the wrong item and they were kind enough to exchange it to the one i was supposed to get. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Russian lady was very professional and kind, made an effort to explain me the features of the appliances I needed to buy even without speaking English so well.

Good choice and delivery options. The manager who was engaged to come for the delivery, in fact did not come. He is the kind of people full of promises before the signature. So brand are important but the people make the difference.
