Non existent customer support. 1 out of 3 couriers is arrogant, doesn't know how to find an address, lacks basic communication skills and are openly rude.The route scheduling is oddly inefficient as the courier usually circle around the neighborhood for 30+ min to deliver I suppose several orders, but when you are the last delivery the food is no good anymore. Overall the service provided is really bad, don't recommend at all.

Order placed at 19:12, it’s 20:32 and still showing 18 min to deliver. I am sorry but they placed the order at Subway in the city center when around us there are 2 shopping centers 5-10 min by car. And I have to wait 2 hours for a sandwich. The chat agent is useless and you cannot reach their representatives on the phone, because an automatic menu tells you that you can check your order status in the app and just hang up. Never using their services again!

Delivery was delayed by more than 2 hours. Customer support promised a compensation voucher, which was never sent. Very disappointing experience with Takeaway.com. Poor customer service and no follow-up.

I have more than a dozen examples where customer (me) was mistreated badly from TakeAway services. On too of that you give bad reputation to restaurants which have nothing to do with the delivery. Your customer service is the worst!

I ordered today, April the 30th at 20:53 with the estimated delivery time between 40 to 60 minutes. At around 22:00, the expected delivery time went from 0 to 45 minutes. I called the support line and they told me the courier had the order and the updated delivery time was 22:45. I waited until then, and it happened the same thing. I called for the second time and they told me again the same thing. A few minutes later (at around 23:00) they cancelled the order mentioning they had a high workload and they couldn't deliver my order. Last time using this rubbish.
