Great shop! They have some unusual products, a little hard to get elsewhere, so I was very happy when I found this place! They were very helpful and delivered everything right as ordered and on time. Definitely will shop there again!

I took it (toilet seat). When opening it at home, it turned out that the fasteners were missing. I went back to the store and asked about them. The salesman was different and said that he had not found anything. He refused to contact his colleague who sold me the seat in question to ask if she had put them away somewhere if they were still in the store. He claims that he "does not want to lose clientele", anyway you did. The attitude of both of the staff - disgusting, as if women are forbidden to enter a hardware store... Edit: (as a response to your suggestion) No, thank you! I've got a new one from another store and have it installed the next day. I don't want to step into your shop again. Good luck!
