St. Marina's Hospital в Варна

I mean I don't really have any complaints other than that one time when I was six they had to take blood from my vein (to this day I still don't know why they do that to kids but it's not really a problem these days) the nurse who had to take my blood wasn't gentle at all and punctured my vein, which made me scream in agony and caused me to swear in front of the young nurses :). Other than that it's honestly a normal hospital. I haven't been on any floor other than the 8th and the emergency room when I got diabetes. Ms. Bazdarska is cool and I try to follow her advice since I'm a teenager now and I eat like a sumo wrestler, and my blood sugar is higher than the amount of children I have in my basement. This has nothing to do with the rating, but the atmosphere sucks. This shit is more depressing than dark souls 3. WOOOOHO ME WHEN I FEEL HEAVY METAL WOOOOHO!!!

Please please, do not have treatment here. I was admitted for a kidney injury in March and I can honestly say the nursing staff are THE most unprofessional people in any trade that I’ve ever encountered. The department (Nephrology) is led by an unprofessional matron and this behaviour is copied by the rest of the nursing staff, especially the night staff who resent having to do any work whatsoever and make you feel like the worst person on earth for asking for help. The staff are passive-aggressive and will happily laugh at you between themselves and other patients (!!!) if you don’t speak Bulgarian. If you want to be treated like excrement, go to this hospital. I just want to go home, I wish I’d never come here and I’m so shocked at the lack of empathy and cultural racism displayed by the staff. Avoid, avoid, AVOID.

No one ever hang up the phone, how to make an appointment? 😡This hospital is complete crap, you have to pay parking fees, if you haven't parked at all because you got lost and just drove through the property and want to leave again, you have to pay three leva each time. The gentlemen are extremely unfriendly, if you're a foreigner you're lost. They don't speak English and just shout at you, I paid three leva twice just to drive through the property, I didn't park. They can see on their computer how long you've been in the area, it's pure rip-off of foreigners.

The worst hospital ever! Because of their mistakes my family is gone! They threat people the worst way possible, make stupid jokes with the sick people, lied in the autopsy papers, if you enter this hospital you never come out alive! This is the worst experience! I lost 2 people of my family for 2 months there because of stupidity of the doctors. There was no adequate information whatsoever, when I went to see my family there, the nurses are treating people horrible!!!!! I hope one day they close this hospital !!!!

Horrible experience! Even though it’s a Hospital where tons of English speaking students work, only few people speak English. No one feels responsible to look at you or help you, even when actively and directly asking and approaching multiple diffrent people over multiple hours. They won’t help you only if you are lucky enough to find a young doctor who is nice and feels responsible for your🤷‍♀️ if you don’t speak Perfect Bulgarian no one will look at you. I did not feel welcome or as if someone even wanted to help me. Go to somewhere else if you actually need to get a medical problem checked !
