I came to this restaurant as part of a couple and we ordered two burgers 🍔🍔. I specifically asked for mine without cheese, yet it arrived with cheese anyway 🧀❌. That already showed a complete lack of attention to a very simple request. On top of that, the fries were completely cold ❄️, clearly not fresh, and definitely not crispy. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. When I brought this up to the waitress — who was the only staff member there — she made a face and seemed annoyed that I even mentioned it 🙄. She touched the fries with her hand to “check” them and then brought a different batch, insisting the first ones were hot. They absolutely were not. The new fries she brought also looked reheated 🔁 and were barely any better. When my burger was finally corrected and brought without cheese, it still wasn’t good. The sriracha sauce 🌶️ completely ruined the taste. Overall, the food quality was extremely disappointing 😞. I honestly have no idea how this place received such a high rating ⭐. The service was poor, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The waitress seemed irritated, unwelcoming, and like she was just waiting for her shift to end ⏳. The entire atmosphere felt unpleasant. I will definitely not be coming back 🚫. Very bad experience and absolutely not recommended ❗👎.

Good menu, quick service. Delicious food, the best burger I have had in Bulgaria, the fries were so tasty too. Its a shame its such a tiny place with uncomfortable bar stools as we would have spent much longer in there

Amazing experience! We ate really well — the burgers are absolutely delicious and the quality is top-notch. You can truly taste the care put into the ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. Generous portions, juicy meat, soft buns and incredible sauces. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great burgers made right 🍔🔥

incredibile burgers and fries!! the server was very friendly and welcoming, and the burgers came out pretty fast. the place is very nice, good and calm atmosphere with nice music in the background. would definitely come back again if I get the chance
