Today I trusted Ognyan with my very long hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We made a big change — much shorter hair — and the final result is stunning. The whole process was smooth: wash, dry, styling, and finish, all done with quiet confidence and precision. No fancy ideas, no unnecessary chatter — just talent, experience, and a beautiful result. Gabriela did a fantastic job!!! Edit: I booked a pedicure in July 2025 while I was back in Sofia. The standard has shifted in the past two years. The manicurist who did my pedicure is either not as skilled as the precious ones or doesn't really care, the form of the nails she did was that of an amateur. She worked without gloves on and the tools dis not come in disposable packaging, cannot be sure if they where sterilised prior. While I had booked a plain pedicure, after she was done, at the register, she added cost without even informing me previously. Apparently the service does not include base and it is an extra service. Clients should be warned of hidden costs -cannot remember a time I was asked to pay for base. Overall the place did not look the same as it was nor was the service as it used to.

Can't leave a review for the hairdressers' work because when I arrived at the studio I was informed that there was an urgency with the stylist and he has left. I understand that some situations could be pretty extreme and sometimes we just have to go and follow what is important, but in front of the studio there were few ladies who obviously work there and they were not busy, there was also another hairstylist inside and not a single person was able to dial the phone and inform me that I'll not be able to receive the service. My appointment was not canceled on the booking platform as well, and with that I was not able to use the booking system for scheduling somewhere else. Went back and asked them to cancel. I was preparing for an event and these guys really made it harder. Disappointing.

The staff in the salon are extremely kind and professionals. They work with high quality products and even if you don’t know exactly what result you want, they will consult with you and come up with the best solution for you. I recommend Madlena as a hairdresser. She has done a great job with coloring and styling my hair. Many times they make me leave the salon happy for all kinds of procedures. Strongly recommend the salon.
