I’m English travelling Bulgaria , this was one of the most welcoming places I’ve been to stop over. Fantastic products and views and it was recommended to me by a friend who has also been to Bulgaria. I asked about the dog because I saw it in the review, and the owner said they took the dog off the streets sick and they only took it in to help it recover. It is now moved to a better and safe place. I will forever this place because of this he amazing staff, great communication and outstanding products.

I would give this place a five star review, as the rose and lavender products are lovely and the service was very good. It is a peaceful, rose-filled spot to stop and rest on your journey. But I am giving a one-star review instead to draw attention to the fact that there is a beautiful but sad husky dog there, enclosed in a small cage outside on a very hot day, and his cage is covered in the dog’s own feces. When we came by, the water was dirty and hot as well. The people there mentioned they had recently taken the dog in as he was a street dog, but the conditions under which he is currently being kept need much improvement. Huskies need lots of attention and activity, and they are suited for cold climates, not the hot Bulgarian summer. The dog at the very least needs fresh water, cool air, and a clean and large space to roam. We hope that someone can find this dog a more suitable, loving home. We’d be happy to change this review to 5-stars if we learn that his conditions have improved.

Beautiful place. Would recommend this amazing place to everyone. I also live in England and read the review. We here live with the rats and foxes who eat our slippers, idk who gives them this much attention. the dog is not there anymore and the owner has given to a nice place. If i ever come to Bulgaria i will go back there a million percent.

This place was recommend by a family member who’s been there and was really satisfied with their visit. I can also 100% agree. The products are amazing, the staff is so lovely and friendly. The roses and flowers are fantastic. I would recommend this shop to everyone!!!❤️❤️
