He speaks English and French fluently and it helped me a lot because I am a foreigner in Varna. He found a great apartment and helped to sign a rental contract in literally 1 day. I had problems withdrawing, but in the end we found a way to fix it.

Incredible experience with the agency, personally with Victor Ivanov: within ONE day 5 variants perfectly matching the request were found, then next day ALL of them were demonstrated and the next day the contract was signed. Moreover: it was done politely, without need to send endless reminders, in perfect English. This is a high level of professionalism that can be rarely meet in the sphere of real estate.
