Terrible service terrible food. We ordered to the waiter from the menu showing him the plates and he served us different things. Fishsoup very bad taste. They charged us things that we didn't ordered and when we asked for explanations they returned back only a part of money of the wrong charge.

The waitress was the most unfriendly, and disinterested person we have ever encountered! The food was terrible, and way over priced for what it was. No wonder the restaurant was empty during peek dinner time. We’ve been here before and the good and staff were very nice. Don’t know what the problem is but it was a very bad dinner experience.

The waiter was kinda nice , you can tell he was trying hard but everything he kept serving was complete garbage. We paid 250bgn for 3 ppl and was very dissapointed , did not finish any of the meals. Do not recommend.
Виж в GoogleThe food is okay, nothing out of the ordinary and not much tasty. But if you are in this place and no other choice, this is a good place to sip a Staropramen alone or with some friends. The pasta and the risotto are good, some of the salads also, and if the place is not crowded, the service can be excellent. And the prices are correspondent to the food quality, not cheap-not expensive either. Go visit this restaurant, especially if you are guest of the hotel Sandanski, it's bit charming.
