Best food in Burgas. Burgas does not have that many delicious places like Sofia, so this one really stands out! Everything we ordered was excellent. Cold avocado soup, asparagus soup, seafood risotto. And the bread with seeds was also great! They are also professionals-give recommendations, which I love!

Виж в GoogleFor some reason unbeknownst to me, we were treated very rudely by the waitress since our arrival. The food was ok, but it took a lot of time despite the room being rather empty. Overall a bad experience.
Виж в GoogleDelicious food with (mostly) really nice and attentive staff, especially the lady with the lighter hair and glasses who was incredibly patient and helpful. Comfy indoors but also a nice smoking terrace. They accept card, prices are reasonable. Open midday until 11pm so great for a late lunch and they give hotel guests a 10% discount. They do a business lunch every weekday until 3pm which they post on Facebook (in Bulgarian but you can translate it) and it is very reasonably priced.

The main course..well never arrived. waited 30 minutes after finishing the starter, nothing. the waiter assured me "1-2 minutes and is ready"..waited 10 more minutes and I left. Disappointing. Zero customer care. not a smile, not a sorry, surely not feeling welcomed. (I am also a guest at this hotel) NOT recommend, plenty of places to have a better experience in Burgas.
