This place is degrading really fast. I have never had good customer service experience there but lately is just atrocious. As you walk in through the main entrance you’re forced to pass through a cloud of cigarette smoke dispensed by the “healthcare” workers of the pharmacy!? Then you must navigate through stocked up boxes randomly placed at almost every alley. The employees seem very unhappy and no one seems to care about the safety of the customers or making them feel welcomed. Customers are completely ignored and if you ask for any assistance you get an eye roll followed by aggressive pointing and some unrecognizable sounds. If they decide to speak to you it would be in a very short manner with visible annoyance. Please train your employees in some basic customer service skills. Most importantly please do not allow employees to smoke at the front entrance, it’s a disgusting display all low health culture. Thank you.

On 19.2.2026 they started to close at 20:45 in coordination with security guard. The seller whom I asked if they have one supplement said that they do not have it even though online it is stated that they have this supplement. The seller lady was in hurry to trow us out even though there was more than 10 minutes before 21h. Terrible service! I hope that management and sales department can see this review

While shopping at approx. 16:15 today, I tripped and fell over two boxes that had been left unattended in the middle of the corridor. This was a clear safety hazard and resulted in me injuring myself. I now have a large bruise on my ankle as a result. When staff members came to check, they showed no concern for my wellbeing. Instead, they insinuated that it was my fault for not noticing the boxes, before walking away and continuing with their work. This response was not only dismissive but also highly unprofessional. I then requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, her attitude was equally concerning. She displayed very little regard for what had happened, did not ask whether I was okay, and offered no assistance whatsoever. I find both the lack of safety measures and the dismissive behavior of your staff completely unacceptable. Customers should feel safe in your store, and in the event of an accident, they should expect care and support from staff, not blame or indifference. I doubt that any steps will be taken to address this matter, both in terms of staff training and ensuring that safety hazards such as unattended boxes do not occur again, but at the very least, an apology would have been appreciated.

Young blonde cashier/ pharmacist with long blonde hair pretended to not see me when I was the ony customer on line. She must feel very important. Typical of unattractive Bulgarians. Came back after getting more items and she was rude in tone while answering a question and during payment. No hello, thank you or bye. Makes sense why her older colleagues were doing all the work around her and gave me looks of shame while she rendered terrible service.

At 16.50pm I was in the shop to looking for heels cream and whole shops just Bulgaria alphabet and I looking for staff to help me out. I saw 2 chubby body ladies standing around the round counter with areas for face cosmetics age between 38 to 45 (they are concentrated with the phone) and little bit overweight. I asked for help where can I find this one and also show the pictures to her as from book catalog and she said immediately” I don’t know “ I really surprise with responses like this. Not pleasure to help and not even friendly and not even look at to the customers So I saw the thin girl with young ( she about 20-25 yrs) she really high and skinny she help me out with this products as I’m looking for. Of course I asked to find this one where it is and she escorted me to the right section and she said “ I don’t know “ but wait she finally find out where’s the products 👏👏 even though she doesn’t sure or it’s not her section. She is a great customer service and have service mind And when I paid out the cashier not give the change for me. I gave her 4.24. The products was 4.23. Ok I left for her and now I know she not honestly and not loyalty to the customers as she doesn’t give change for customers
