Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Place I visited Q-service Auto Mimo (Galata/Asparuhovo, ul. Panoramna №36, Varna) with an issue in my rear suspension. Instead of receiving help or even a basic level of customer service, I was met with rudeness and dismissal. The staff told me to "go fix the car where it had been fixed before" — which makes no sense, especially since the car is second-hand and imported from another country. Am I supposed to track down the previous owner and their mechanic from 10 years ago? I was shocked at how unprofessional and unwelcoming they were. They clearly had no interest in helping, even though I was there in good faith, looking for a solution. If you're looking for a serious, reliable, and respectful service, I highly recommend staying away from this place. Do not waste your time here — there are better, more helpful workshops in Varna.

So good and professional service! They changed several things on our van and still made sure that we could pick it up the day after, and thus avoid having to spend the weekend waiting for our van to be ready - very thoughtful of them. In addition to this, they were very helpful in regards of communication and translation - we are non-Bulgarian speakers, but they made sure that we could communicate through one of the worker’s relative on phone. All in all very good service - also for foreigners.

Have gotten a lot of help in connexion with my car hitting a Big lump of wood and then Was a total loss. Thanks to Q-service at Galata. Q
