They did a great job giving this little guy the full spa treatment - bath, nails, ears, and fur cut. He was calm and happy when we picked him up, which tells me that they were gentle with him. 🐶

Виж в Google**This is an old review with added description. The events took place on 11.07.2021** Took my dog there after an unplanned beach vacation. They seemed scared of the dog (a Samoyed). Bathed him for about 40 minutes (proper grooming at normal studios takes at least 3-4 hours). You can imagine how wet the dog was, I had to dry him myself. Explained he was not staying still and that's why they couldn't finish. My dog is a well trained show dog that is groomed every single month and tolerates everything. Even complained he had flees (apparently can't distinguish between dirt in the coat and a bug). They proposed to get my money back after I complained or to bring him back again to finish their job, but he was so stressed and wanted to get away, so I never looked back.
