I've been training here for a month. I'm a digital nomad and I travel a lot. I would give the gym 5 stars because it's perfect; in terms of equipment and facilities, it's the best I've ever trained in. The problem is that the hiring of professionals should be better. I think that when you put someone at reception to serve the public, that person should know how to deal with people. That's not the case with the receptionist who was there today, November 25th, 2025, at 11:00 AM. This awful-looking employee at the door looked me up and down when I entered and approached me from the other side, saying I should have another pair of shoes to train in, trying to prevent me from entering the gym. I've been training here for a month, and I travel a lot, and I have shoes in my car! I change before entering, and my shoes are impeccable! I showed her and explained, and she still tried to prevent me from entering. I simply went in. Then I forgot my water in the car and went to get it. When I returned, there she was, pointing to a mat at the entrance and telling me to clean my feet. It was like my mother ordering me around... I thought it was absurd and told her to open the door. I went inside, went to the counter, and told her that if she wanted trouble, she'd have it, because it seemed more like she was jealous of me wearing a super short outfit than anything else. I went to that gym for a month without any problems! Clearly, this person doesn't know how to deal with people, and I don't recommend this gym, which is super expensive, to go through this kind of embarrassment! I felt terrible because everyone was staring at me!

Hahaha! Now the gym manager called me and said my card has been suspended and I no longer have access to the gym, even though I paid 71 Euros for a month and there are only 13 days left. He said I broke the contract and I wanted a refund, but he said he wouldn't give it! Lol! 🤣 What a crappy gym with stupid people! I'm going to the police!

I don’t have a paid membership because it’s really expensive, and I attended Pulse solely for the Yoga and Pilates group lessons. My review is therefore based only on that experience, not the gym as a whole. Unfortunately, the Yoga class I attended was not actually Yoga, but rather over half an hour of self-massage techniques using massage balls. I left early and requested a refund. After speaking with the managers, I was told a refund couldn’t be issued because I paid by card. As a resolution, they offered me a Pilates class instead, which was an actual Pilates session and, although acceptable, it wasn’t quite the response I expected from management. It’s worth noting that the Pilates class was good, but it didn’t fully make up for the disappointing Yoga experience.

The gym is equipped with newest models of machines which counts your sets and reps for you. The temperature inside is kept at very pleasant level and the training in the winter feels more than satisfying. The only negative about the gym is a little bit higher fee.

By far one of the best gyms we have visited. Very well equipped with latest model and a great variaty of machines. The group classes look well planned for all fitness levels. The lockers and the gym itself are perfectly clean and with everything that you need for a great workout, including a sauna. The girls at the reception are super helpful and friendly.
