Absolutely horrible lady at the front desk…. Doesn’t give you any look or acknowledgement when you come in. Sits on her phone. And I could not enter for the 10th time.. because apparently I didn’t sign my contract. A problem that’s been reoccurring on a daily basis. Even though I signed the contract 2 weeks ago already. But it’s their system that’s not working. When I say I’ve had this problem for weeks now and ask her to fix it on their end, she simply replies, I cannot fix it. With the most cold face.. no empathy no customer service. Then when we confront her about her unfriendliness, we are the problem. Not willing to take any responsibility for anything. Deflecting blaming and gaslighting us out the building. Unbelievable… I have never experienced such low level service in my life. Also when I asked to speak to the manager, her reply was.. I don’t know where he is, I’m not following him around like a dog, that’s not my job. Like.. what? So here you go management. This lady , ewelina I think is her name, is not your best employee. If I was her manager I would fire her on the spot. You’ll lose clients this way. I hope the other Pulse places are better than this one… 😞

So far so good. Pulse fitness centre is one of the greatest in the area, customer service is good, but when it comes to hygiene it is a bit low I think. Hire more staff for cleaning please. It's not acceptable for people who pays you your fees under contract. Thanks 👍 # clean

I am extremely disappointed. I was client for 2 years. I endured the not working A/C , unfriendly welcome on the cashiers, but the cherry on top was the 10% additional payment which I had to pay for my last month which I already pre-paid. At least the they have enough space between the equipment.

Subscription policy is literally a scam. If for any reason even due to emergency you need to stop your subscription you are obliged to pay for the entire next month even if you physically have no possibility to visit a centre during this period. Looks like making more money is far more important than customer's satisfaction. Hopefully those 70 lev are worth loosing the client
