Don’t trust the hours- they close 30 min earlier than posted

What used to be a 24/7 pharmacy is now a pharmacy that closes at 9pm. I would've been understanding if that was communicated clearly. Instead of a nice big sign on the door they have this sticky-note sized handwritten one on the side. I spent good 5 minutes there before I even saw the “announcement”. Meanwhile their extremely active social media page has not posted any updates about this change. Now, if you're into snake oil and homeopathy ads on Facebook, they got you covered! This was the *only* 24/7 pharmacy in the city center. In Bulgaria it is customary for non-24/7 pharmacies to list the nearest 24/7 pharmacies. This one did not do this after changing its working hours. People come from afar because there is literally no other 24/7 in the city center, and are met with no information at all, other than what could've easily been a note I've left on the fridge for my partner to read in the morning. Utterly disgraceful. I would say that I'd actively not buy there anymore if not for the simple fact that I only ever went there if all the other pharmacies were closed. Can't see how this location won’t soon close for good – and good riddance, I hope it happens tomorrow!

One of the most helpful personnel , full stock of products and cheap prices compare to other pharmacies. Definitely is the best choice if you have ProPharma around you.

Their card machine had issues connecting making it not possible to pay by card. Instead of allowing me to pay for one of my items, for which I had enough cash, they forced me to go to the atm for more cash to pay for everything. I was not allowed to just leave the items. Very messy and nonsensical

I went there yesterday at 1:30 in the morning and there was nobody there to service me, so if you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend it. It says it's open 24/7, but it only operates when the lady is awake.
