I love to shop at Praktis because the store is really well organised and I can find the things needed easily. I can spend a lot of time there scrolling trough then shelves.

I attempted to order an item for my kitchen and the woman at the kitchen/appliences department couldn't tell me when it would arrive. When asked, she said when the item arrives we'll give you a call. Ok, can you give me a time frame? No, we will give you a call! she cut me off, handed me a purchase order, stood up, and walked away. The cashiers tried to be helpful but since they don't do purchasing - they couldn't tell me anything I didn't already know... "We will give you a call".
