I have no idea what has happened to this clinic since the new management took over. I don't even understand the ridiculous rules about vaccinations - they can't vaccinate on Saturdays, they can't vaccinate during the day, they change your booked doctor in the app without notice, they don't check emails to send invoices for online consultations. Just very frustrating all around. Never had any problems with the clinic until a few months ago.

The doctors are great and the Client service us top notch, right from when you call to make an appointment to when you arrive at the clinic. I recommend.

The worst receptionist ever! The worst receptionists ever. They just hate foreigners. From a clinic that claims to be aimed at foreigners, which even charges an additional 25 BGN to have a consultation in English, it has a horrible service and the worst thing is that it starts with the first person being the face of the company. Yesterday I went with my 2 year old baby for an emergency appointment, at 08:40, which was refused several times by the receptionists. They said that they only work with appointments and that I would have to return at 3:30 pm. I found it unbelievable because I could see the emergency room working down there, and it's not the first time I've been there. I have 3 children and was a regular customer there. They also refused to call the manager and only later said he was busy. that they didn't have a complaints book, and if I want to complain that I had to go to the website to do it. They said this makings fun of me. Then another payment lady arrived to speak Bulgarian, laughing at me and shouting at me. literally making fun of whoever pays. I called a doctor who was passing by who noticed that they were inferior to these poorly trained ladies because he said it would be better to mark them as they said. simply ridiculous. When I arrived they were shouting at another foreign mother with a 4 month old baby who wanted to refuse to see her because she arrived 10 minutes late. I remind you that there is no parking at this time of the morning. They notoriously feel inferior and take it out on customers who don't speak Bulgarian. It is unacceptable to refuse to be admitted to an emergency room with such small babies waiting there asking for help.

I have been visiting because I have two sons and I was happy since they were able to provide all the necessary information in English. One of my sons have been vomiting nonstop and I called them for a quick check to see what was happening around 23:30, some Lady answered "me no speak English" and then I tried to explain in Bulgarian and she said "come morning". Why are you open 24 hours if you will tell patients to come in the morning? I went to Pirogov and it took me 10 minutes to register, see the doctor and get the meds we need. This clinic is done for me.

The best professionals. Every time we visit, we receive quality care - adequate attention and treatment. Dr Galia Koycheva is really the best and I cannot stop recommending her.
