We had a great experience with this company when we had to tow our car from Ruse to Sofia due to an issue with the breaks. Martin was very professional, kind, easy to communicate with when we were discussing the arrangements. He went out of his way to ensure my family was well taken care of during the drive and that was very much appreciated by us, as we travelled with two small kids. We arrived from Hungary, just getting ready for a vacation when our car unfortunately broke down. He arrived at the scene very quickly after 9:00 PM and fixed the problem within minutes.
