A surprise discovery. Nice lake, beautiful view on the edge of Stara Zagora Bathroom great, bed comfortable. Restaurants were very nice. Breakfast was tasty.

This review is for the outside restaurant attached to the hotel, not the hotel itself; I haven't stayed there. The food was perfectly acceptable and the location is great. However, one of the staff was rather rude from the beginning and quite unprofessional. The service was slow despite the fact that it wasn't too busy. And bizarrely, despite being across the road from the Zakorka Brewery and situated on the shores of Lake Zagorka, it doesn't sell any Zargorka beer at all!

Totally avoid - half of the facilities in the spa “center” aren’t working and the stuff is mean and rude complaining that nothing depends on them. Nobody in the reception knew about these problems and the entry fee was fully collected. The temperature near the pool is so low than one can easily get ill. Also the hygiene is far below the 5-stars hotel this one used to be. If possible choose different location for your stay if you don’t want to spoil your holidays.

Everything was really good beside leaking shower cabin and demaged ceiling above it.

This is a very good hotel, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left the experience was perfect. The young, smiling receptionist did her job with the minimum of fuss. The room was just great and had a lovely terrace that used to sit on and watch the shallows flying around gathering materials to build their nests. The facilities in the room were great, and I was able to log in to my Netflix account too. The restaurant was great, a more modern aspect, with large windows that allowed the sunlight in. The food for me was top quality, I had a Burrata salad. This was a pretty large portion, and painted a pretty picture on the plate. For mains, I had the beef burger and fries, nicely presented and delicious to eat. I did not have a dessert, too full from the first 2 courses. The waiting staff were great, very pleasant, and unobtrusive. Breakfast was in another dining room. The decor appeared to be from another time period, the breakfast itself was excellent a vast array of cereal, yoghurt, cold meats, and a variety of hot cooked food. For me this was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this hotel, and will visit again.
