Please, think twice before ever setting foot in this clinic! This practice has caused me never-ending issues; I am now facing extortionate costs from other dentists just to fix the mess an inexperienced dentist left behind from this dentist: Center O.SEM Stara Zagora! Before coming here, I had absolutely no dental problems. I came for a check up and she did so many fillings without me knowing as I was numb!!!! lied to me about number of fillings done, also the medical records are incorrect they took months to release them and they were wrong!! This was a year ago, the fillings were baldy shaped that resulted in a severe infections and discomfort they were done so close to the nerve, the material left my gums burning and inflamed! Instead of taking responsibility, the clinic ignored my emails and then finally threatened me with legal council. They are so bad, you can't report them, it's another stress - trust me when you experience it you will know what I am talking about - it's another problem! They also claimed the dentist no longer works there just to cover their tracks. Their reviews appear fabricated check PLEASE check them properly. This dentist is a danger to patients and lacks all professional ethics. They have stolen a year of my life and I am still dealing with the mess from a dentist who I don't even know is actually a real dentist!!! I never knew fillings could cause such complications. Do not trust these people! This is a scam dental clinic! THEY ARE AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!

I had an emergency while I was in transit through Bulgaria, and they resolved it very quickly with an X-ray. I was lucky to find a slot among the appointments for an urgent consultation. Dr. Ivan was a perfect and meticulous professional, and we managed to communicate quite well even though I don't excel in English. Similarly, the receptionist was very empathetic and helped me with all the procedures and instructions I needed. Feel free to reach out if you need medical services. The prices are very low compared to those in Romania.

Hands down the best clinic ever. The team are absolute legends and so awesome that they make dental work feel like a hangout.

A lovely clinic with kind and professional staff. As a nervous dental client, Dr. Katme and Dr. Dandarov were patient and understanding. Their work was very well done and they took the time to explain it to me throughout. Highly recommend.

I have had multiple appointments here at O.CEM, Stara Zagora and every single experience has been great! Starting at the front desk, the whole team is friendly and always makes me feel comfortable, especially as an international student! The dentists and hygienists are thorough, explain everything clearly and allow me to feel heard with any problems I may have. After visiting O.CEM dental centre, I can honestly say I trust them completely with my dental care and have already been recommending them to all my friends. Highly recommend!!
