They were very helpful with me even as a foreigner. from the receptionist to the pharmacist. Dr. Mariana Al Aziz is an excellent doctor. Even though there were many patients, everything went quickly. I had a very good experience and I’m glad I came here.

Went there for blood tests and regular check up with cardiologist. I was very happy with the doctor’s attitude and overall the check up. Big plus they have a parking as well so easily accessible

Where to start! I was looking for a clinic which can do a treatment for pelvic inconvenience in Sofia. I went to a Dr Gynecologist which has checked me, did all the tests and suggested I should do Electric stimulation internally to tighten my muscles x 10 procedures which I have paid 1000 lv for it. I started to have discomfort around procedure 5 and raised it with the doctor. She checked me and she said that I don't have any inflamation. By procedure 8- 9 I started to feel pain and refused to do procedure 10 because of the pain created. I have called the doctor to explain and she said that a nurve most probably was irritated and she can see me the following week Friday for check, which was 7 days later. I started to have so much pain the next few days that I have collapsed on the floor and ambulance was called. I was admitted to hospital and stayed in the hospital for 5 days on painkillers and drip with antibiotics. I have called the same doctor in Neo Clinic to complain and she said that her procedure did not cause this and she will not do anything for it. No responsibility , no offer to help nothing. I had to search and find the real issue which is nerve inflamation on my pudendal nerve. I am seeing a specialist now to help me live day to day with my pain and spending 1000 of lv to fix someone negligence. I have paid my stay in the hospital 1000 lv, then Pirogov, tham neworologist to fix my inflamation. You have completely destroyed my life.i have to rely on other people to look after me because I can't sit, can't walk, can't drive, nothing. Took away my life. I will go to the media and to court for this . This Clinic should not be functioning with this professionals.
