Two times, I had great experience. On my third order that was supposed to be a present, Miele representatives called recipients and told them the price of the supposed present. The explanation was "well, there was a single phone in the order (the one of the recipient)" - despite the fact that I am registered on their site with my personal phone. The whole experience was extremely frustrating as they accepted no blame at all.
