Absolutely amazing service. Our Mercedes was diagnosed incorrectly by a number of garages. Joro arranged pick up, spoke and wrote perfect English and diagnosed that it wasn't the gearbox (all others said it was). He arranged for a colleague at a different garage to sort the problem and fix our car. Can't thank him enough 5* service.

I called on this service for a repair on a Touareg 7L, AISIN automatic transmission. From one day to the next (as this time was previously agreed upon), the workshop solved the problem at a reasonable price and the car runs ok now. I hope it will be a good repair work and last as long as possible. I will come back with details after a period of driving. The contact person at the workshop was very polite, with a professional attitude and gave me all the necessary information. I had a hard time getting to this service, being from another country, but it was worth it from my opinion.

Excellent service, Dealt with Atanas at MID Auto Parts to get a few GM5L40E gearbox parts, Their site is very well presented with both the part numbers being clear to read & the plan of the transmission and where it fits being clearly illustrated , Avoids wrong parts being ordered by customers & wrong parts being sent, Atanas was very helpful & prompt in his communications & arranged immediate shipping to me in Ireland via DHL. Orderd Wed midday & with me Fri midday, Will definitely be useing this Company again.

They didn't want to accept payment with card for bigger amounts (over few Ks) There was a broken gasket, which caused oil loss. The wheel was not aligned after the transmission repair, so I had to immediatly go to another service for wheel regulation
