I tried to make an appointment with a doctor by email. Instead of a proper response I got a request to call by phone to make an appointment (just why?). The lady on the phone was barely speaking English and said that I would need an extra medical check. She failed to explain what it was and why I need it. After that she said her colleague would call me back but noone did. Awful experience.

I went there with a friend who had a high fever and a worrying throat inflammation. The doctor prescribed lekadol and a banana (literally). We had to hurry and fly back to our local hospital the next morning because she couldn't move or speak. Once there, she got diagnosed with a severe throat infection and they gave her amoxicillin. Within two hours she was feeling way better. Let this speak for itself.

I had a terrible experience!!!!! I went to have a mole removed, and the price on the website was between 60 and 100 lev, depending on the size. They charged me 148 lev for a 5 mm mole: 100 leva for the removal and 30 leva for anesthesia. But what outraged me the most was the price of the bandage - 18 leva!!! You charge 130 lev for the procedure and 18 lev for a bandage that costs 0,5 lev at the pharmacy???!!!!!!! Total shame

You can choose English in the menu if you don't speak Bulgarian, but then you get a lady who doesn't speak English and tells you to wait. After few minutes of waiting she just hangs up. Very unprofessional.
