The delivery time was way too long (week or so in my case) and the instructions on how to assemble the product inside the package were not understandable at all. There are some guidance on their youtube channel, but could be improved with adding instructions to every step of the process as a voice over instead that god awful music of theirs. 3/5, could be improved.

Make sure to get a detailed count of all the products you've bought as they forgot some and we didn't have a detailed receipt for them to believe us. Ended up with extra wardrobe bits instead.
